How to Track My Balikbayan Box?
Step 1: Enter the Tracking Number. This is the same as the Pick-Up tracking number provided to you when you submit a Pick-Up Request.
Step 2: Enter the Sender's Last Name. Please make sure it is spelled correctly as written on your Packing List.
Step 3: Click the TRACK button and wait for the result to load.
That's it! Easy!
